How long will my project take?
Allow 10 working days for a business website once we have your content, 3 weeks for an online shop and 2 to 6 months for custom software. The timeline is set in the quote, and we deliver in stages so you can start using it as soon as possible.
Who owns the website, the content and the data?
You do. Your texts, images and data belong to you, and you can retrieve them at any time. For software developed specifically for you, the usage rights are set out in black and white in the proposal.
Where is my data hosted?
With recognised professional hosting providers, with regular backups. If a service (for example artificial intelligence) relies on a provider outside Europe, we tell you before using it. Data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for our clients in the European Union, under the GDPR.
What happens after launch?
We train your team, then stay available: security updates, backups and fixes. With the Hosting and support plan, you have a contact who knows your project and replies within 24 business hours. Improvements are quoted separately.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes, on our business websites and online shops. Texts, photos, news or products: you edit them from a simple interface, and we show you how during training.
Do you work outside La Côte?
Yes. We are based in Saint-Cergue and happily travel between Geneva and Lausanne. For clients further away, everything can be done by video call: our software is already used in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium.
I already have a website or software. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start with a free review, then tell you honestly whether it is better to improve it or start again from scratch.
