The starting point

In a small construction firm, the day happens on site. Measurements are written by hand, quotes and invoices are done in the evening or on Sundays, and payment reminders wait until someone finds the time.

The result: invoices go out late and cash flow suffers. The firm needed a tool that fits in the hand, on site, and turns what is measured into what is invoiced.

The dimensioned plan is drawn on site and quantities are calculated automatically.

From measurement to quote

Measured quantities feed the quote in a few taps, with the firm’s own prices.

Invoices and QR-bills

The invoice goes out the same day, with a QR-bill that meets Swiss standards.

Photo reports

Photos and notes attached to the right site, keeping a record of every stage.

Payment tracking

To invoice, pending, overdue, collected: every invoice has a status and unpaid ones are chased.
